September is
Hunger Action Month
This September, every action―big or small―is one step closer to a West Virginia where no one goes to bed hungry. Your voice, your actions and your commitment are critical in the movement to end hunger. This month-long campaign will highlight the impact of food on people's lives, and show how a meal goes beyond solely nourishing our bodies. When people are fed, futures are nourished, and individuals go from just living to truly thriving.
Check out how you can get involved below!
Take Action!
Start your own fundraiser!
Hosting a virtual fundraiser paves the way for your neighbors to have the food they need. It brings hope to families. It allows kids to be kids instead of thinking about where their next meal comes from.

Volunteer on Sept. 23rd!
Hunger Action Day falls on Saturday, September 23rd this year. We will be hosting an all day volunteer event at our Sutton warehouse from 8am-4pm. If you're a part of a local club, community group, or church, this is a great opportunity! If you'd prefer to volunteer solo, that's great too!
Call our Volunteer Coordinator, Melissa England at 304-364-5518 to schedule.
Use your voice!
Help us advocate for hunger relief programs! We will be highlighting the importance of SNAP on our social media channels all month long. Simply spreading the word, signing letters of support, or contacting our local represenatives makes a huge difference!
Keep an eye out on our social media channels for more informaiton.
