SCHOOL FOOD PANTRY
Mountaineer Food Bank’s School Food Pantry Program (SFPP) provides a supplemental food resource for hungry students. It is estimated 1 of every 5 children do not have enough to eat. Mountaineer Food Bank will partner with schools to establish and maintain school food pantries. Schools will need community sponsors and fundraising to financially support the school pantry. Mountaineer Food Bank will collaborate with schools in order to maintain food levels and establish a delivery schedule.
